The GMT is used in a mode where we do not make coincidence and decision, GMT entries are single and all accepted as triggers of the DAQ.
The FAG window for the GMT should be set at a low value, typically 100 ns. |

The signals for the scalers are converted from NIM to ECL in a 16 channel module NIM-ECL.
The cable is PHYSICALLY connected from the NIM-ECL module to the U2M on Groups 1 & 2.
Normally we should read these scalers on the U2M from channel 1 to 16 BUT
we found that the good channels are running on channels 17 to 32. See below.
We have defined the actions for all possible channels of the U2M registers 1 to 16 (Groups 1 and 2), and 17 to 32
