1. How to run Basic_online or Online code
- From any computer (logged as e748 user), type 'online'. This logs you to the lpcgrit server and the online directory
- From the command line, run 'start_online' to start the Online code
From the command line, run 'start_basic_online' to start the Basic_online code
2. How to convert raw data files
- From any computer (logged as e748 user), type 'conversion'. This logs you to the lpcgrit server and the conversion directory
Now, two options are possible (first one is preferred)
- From the command line, run './run_convert.sh run_number'
This converts the raw data files which have not been converted yet since run_number
- From the command line, run './Convert run/run_file_to_convert rootdir/converted_run_name.root
This converts runs one by one

Changed the Thresholds on T4. No longer double peaks...
I guess there is some noise on the T4 and he triggers on the noise from time to time => double peaks
Also T1-T3 have have strip 16 near pidestal who is counting a lot (red) |

NB: Thresholds are the ones on the pulser amplitude to inject the signal (Calimero Pulser interface on Geco). see snapshots on the Calimero summary.
Calimero with 50% thresholds on T4. Same spectra as with the thresholds @40%. I think T4 is triggering on cross-talk, so when the thresholds it's high it's ok. |

To check the signals and trigger on T4 we used the internal pulser on T4,
from the SYNCHROTEST pulser at 150 Hz.
The signal was set on the channel 5 of each Mate of the MufeeX card of the T4 telescope:
MM4_STRX_E5, E21, E37, E53, E69, E85, e101, E117.

The signal of the pulser can be seen around 9400 to 9850 on the several channels (see the zooms). the pedestal is large, around 8085 to 8100.
on the other channels see for instance the zoom on Strx_E118.
