12C + liquid H. Before the run, the beam stopped for 2 hours due to the gate valve of E9 shut out the beam. This is because the manually operate turbo pump was turned off by itself due to unknown reason. Sébastien came to close the valve of this turbo pump and evacuate E9 using another turbo pump only. The vacuum of E9 is about 4e-5 mbar as of 9 am.The interlock is set at 9e-5 mbar.

10h30 increased primary beam intensity slightly. Before 80 kpps on plastic, after 95 kpps. Leakage current of CATs 0.10/0.08 micro A to 0.12/0.10 micro A.

Apparently due to general instabilities related to the decrease of the external air temperature (..). PCP is re-tuning.
