The STOP of MUST2 with CATS is now directly the CATS "delayed signal".
No coincidence with FAG.
NB: the CATS "delayed signal"is the fast time signal from CATS in D4, which is sent to the DAQ area of D6, then delayed.
The delay is at present 50 ns, it was changed during the run 463 (previous value was 500 ns).

Total time to go between exp area to DAQ room then back to exp area is measured to be 780ns.
-->approximately we have the time of 390 to 400 ns to go between DAQ room and D6 exp area.

List of the saved files of the DAS configuration used on May-24h and May-25th:
[Note that:
All the files are used on run with the name "e744.das".
It means that, for changing from the present das file to another one for the run, you need to open it in the DAS, then to save it with the current experiment name "e774.das".
then you need to be ONLINE to write hardware, in order to apply the electronic settings.

- file for the CALIMERO configuration with the thresholds set at 1 MeV e744.das = e744calimero_1MeVOK.das

- files for the test runs with the 14N:
the file at the beginning of the experiment on 14N was: e744.das = 744_24MayMANIPok.das
Then for the run 1004 and the next ones, the thresholds were changed to around 500keV on all the telescopes.
Runs 1004, 1005, 1006 The config file corresponds to e744.das = e744_25MayMANIPok500keV.das

Fixede744 Fri May 25 17:42:21 2018 shumpeiMUST2SoftwareN/ACsI energy calibration for MUST2 telescopes
Calibration parameter for MUST2 CsI crystals are calculated with run1001-1006.
Attached are dE(DSSD)-E(CsI) plot of all the telescopes and parameters.
The parameter files are in
/home/e748/analysis/nptool/Projects/e744/Calibration/Energy/Calibration/CsI_rough

How to make the parameters;
For dE-E plot, the strongest locus should be proton.
Approximation formula for proton dE (Si 300 micrometer)-E (residual) I used is
(CsI_Energy) = -6.81774+41.1823/(Si_Energy-0.0814779).

Absolute value for the total energy may have some offset, but the gain of all the crystals should be roughly matched.
Maybe we need one more common parameter to adjust absolute value.

T2 Crystal #1 and #10 have no data. As I remember, this is the same as E748 exp. last year.
Crystals #9 for all the telescopes have low statistics. I'm afraid the mapping of crystal #9 is not correct.
->nptool/NPLib/Detectors/MUST2/TMust2Physics.cxx m_CsI_MatchingY[8]=48 but should be equal to 16 (corrected and re-compiled 27/05/2018).

The problem was on the FAG signal validation (bad output of the discriminator)

the TAC MM_PPT with start FAG and STOP ppt is now coded in the entry of ADC MCP_HF , add=9 (channel 10)
Previously it was add =3 (channel 4).

Problem of DAQ encountered in the evening (20 pm) no DAQ counting, no FAG from GMT: we first reboot on software (Terminal iolan: iolan must2 all; reboot).
but the DAQ was still blocked.
We phoned to the hardware astreinte (Charles H), he told us to reset the hardware.
The problem was solved by resetting the crates (reset button on the crates ganlx1 and ganlx14 in D6).
The DAQ restarted correctly.
