This day scalers were looked at;
Tested OR_VAMOS + U2M23 = CATS2
the discrepancy is on level of 1-2% for the actual rate,
or approx 500-1000cps for TOTALS of the scalers. |

Channel 127 of DC1 had a reduction of gain from yesterday, I corrected the gain by calibration and I reduced the threshold from 2114 to 2083 in order to reach the same low level.
(We can still see the lower gain in the online because the watcher is not reloaded, but it is ok in the root files) |

There is a continuous decrease of efficiency in the Drift Chamber. The efficiency of IC is also not optimal. I suspect that with this beam intensity (5x10^4 in VAMOS) detectors may start to suffer some damage. If the efficiency keeps decreasing we need to consider to reduce the beam intensity.
In order to check the efficiency, there is a script in /home/mugast/Analysis_e744 called EffCheck.C

Load the script: .L EffCheck.C
