Tried unsuccessfully to change the gain on EXL energies.
Looking at the inspection lines noticed that all the EXL signals were inverted (negative) and we were coding only the pole zero part of the signals.
Looking into the manual find out how to change polarity of the signals. Did that and now the signals look normal with normal gain change after polarity change.
EXL polarity is negative so Mesytech modules have to be set to use negative input signals.

PPT HV = 650 V
This is happening when the pre-amplifiers for EXL are not alimented.. When they are alimented the EXL sigal polarity is positive.. The gains and thresholds for Mesytech modules are below |

still problems to recover the counting on must2. Cats: 5000 pps , T5: 50 pps max
Below changes in tuning with little change in counting...
The energy for 14N7+ at the entrance of must2 should be 28.44 meV if the beam dump thickness is correct (34 um). If a dead layer of 0.5 um of Al is included, the energy became 27.849. This looks very close to what we see on X strip, and about 1 MeV off on Y strips. |

No stop on t5, but TAC MM_CATS ok.. So two possibilities:
1) Stop Cable not connected on Muvi2
2) Problem with the validation of CATS by FAG
HF validated by FAG was not working
Dead time scaler was not working
We need to erase all the scalers at the beginning of the run, including the part from Muvi (ORD, DESC, etc). Atm we erase only the U2M not the other part
The big problem is the transmission between LISE silicon detector D6 and T5 must with CATS on or off. 3000 counts/s on silicon d6 or CATS -> maximum 300 on T5. Is there a way to miss counting in Must2?
