Gating on T1 to T4 and looking at the the CATS reconstruction on Target we confirm that;
- CATS is correlated to MUST
- Telescope Position matches CATS Position, so Telescope numerotation is correct and there is no inversion in CATS.

In attached picture you can see CATS position on target gated by:
- Red: T1
- Green: T2
- Violet: T3
- Noir: T4

To check the signals and trigger on T4 we used the internal pulser on T4,
from the SYNCHROTEST pulser at 150 Hz.
The signal was set on the channel 5 of each Mate of the MufeeX card of the T4 telescope:
MM4_STRX_E5, E21, E37, E53, E69, E85, e101, E117.

The signal of the pulser can be seen around 9400 to 9850 on the several channels (see the zooms). the pedestal is large, around 8085 to 8100.
on the other channels see for instance the zoom on Strx_E118.

The merge is correct on the correlations cf plots below.

To Check Merger use:

Roughly 30% of events are merge.

Note that we had to include a new condition in the loop of Merge.C in order to avoid the loop to get stuck with the multihits at the end of the run.

Then to check the correlations:
Go to:

cd Merger/merge
Open with ROOT the last file that was created with the runnumber and Draw

This is to verify that the Driftime is correlated

Also Draw
merger->Draw("IC_E-IC_E_ANA:LTSDiff>>a(400,-150.,120.,400,-18000.,1500.)","","colz");
This is to verify that the difference gives a horizontal line centred at zero.

Save the plots and put them in the elog.
