Beam spot is now too small to see the cell frames. Moved the beam spot down and up by using the Wien filter. It is not conclusive, but the gap between the
cell frame and the liquid surface is increasingly apart toward outside in X. It is possible that liquid filling the upper part of the cell has been evaporated.
Should carefully monitor the cell temperature and the beam image. |

After RUN 128, we entered D6 to add another deat time measuring pulses to U2M channel 9. This is supposed to correctly measure dead time both for MUVI1
in the master and MUVI2 in the slave. For detail, see page 85 in the logbook.
