Gating on T1 to T4 and looking at the the CATS reconstruction on Target we confirm that;
- CATS is correlated to MUST
- Telescope Position matches CATS Position, so Telescope numerotation is correct and there is no inversion in CATS.

- Green: T2
- Violet: T3
- Noir: T4 |

Beam spot is now too small to see the cell frames. Moved the beam spot down and up by using the Wien filter. It is not conclusive, but the gap between the cell frame and the liquid surface is increasingly apart toward outside in X. It is possible that liquid filling the upper part of the cell has been evaporated. Should carefully monitor the cell temperature and the beam image. |

After RUN 128, we entered D6 to add another deat time measuring pulses to U2M channel 9. This is supposed to correctly measure dead time both for MUVI1 in the master and MUVI2 in the slave. For detail, see page 85 in the logbook.
The new dead time scaler counts at nearly the same rate as the originial dead time scaler. We could not see a meaningful difference. |

Data analysis of run0128 (38Ca physics run). The multiplicity distribution of DSSD x-strips is shown in
Attachment 1. The second peak centered at around 128, which is the number of strips of one detector, corresponds
to events where beam-like heavy ions are hitting the detector.
This causes a huge energy deposit in the detector and eventually induces the mirror charge to be shared among
many strips. The number of these events amounts to about 6% of the total (note that only 100000 events were used
for the analysis). A typical charge distribution of such an event is shown in Attachment 2.
We may need to adjust negative thresholds to suppress them.
