Beam spot is now too small to see the cell frames. Moved the beam spot down and up by using the Wien filter. It is not conclusive, but the gap between the cell frame and the liquid surface is increasingly apart toward outside in X. It is possible that liquid filling the upper part of the cell has been evaporated. Should carefully monitor the cell temperature and the beam image.
