We mounted the target and mask in the chamber before closing:
The target order on the ladder is the following, starting from the bottom (Target ladder fully flushed inside the chamber with no spacer):
Target size: outside: 30 by 50mm inside 25 by 40mm.
No spacer: Mask
30mm spacer: 1.5mg/cm2
60mm spacer: 2.5mg/cm2
90mm spacer: 1.5mg/cm2
120mm spacer: 2.5mg/cm2
150mm: no target (no target frame, just the ladder) |
