Here is a todo list for today:

Data conversion:

Raw run files are located in /data/mugastX/mugast/acquisition/run/
Converting FSC run: 622 to 629 : run_0630.dat.06-03-21_13h15m06s
Converting alpha run: 630. warning: there is 3 files for this run :run_0630.dat.06-03-21_13h15m06s and run_0630.dat.06-03-21_13h15m06s.1 and run_0630.dat.06-03-21_13h15m06s.2

Extract histogram for calibration: each macro need to be run twice, once for MUGAST and once for MUST2 if I remember correctly.

Extract histograms for FSC run with the macro located : /home/mugast/analysis/nptool/Projects/calibration/Time/ExtractRawHisto_T.C
Extract histograms for alpha run with the macro located : /home/mugast/analysis/nptool/Projects/calibration/Energy/ExtractRawHisto_E.C

Analysed the extracted histograms to calibrate: change the appropriate field in the macro before running

FSC: /home/mugast/analysis/nptool/Projects/calibration/Time/TimeCalibrator.C
alpha: /home/mugast/analysis/nptool/Projects/calibration/Energy/EnergyCalibrator.C

Prepare the calibration file to be used for the online/offline analysis:

List all the file you just generated in /home/mugast/analysis/nptool/Projects/MUGAST/Calibration.txt
Do some cleanup in the file so it is more readable.
Check for missing/noisy strips and adjust config file in /home/mugast/analysis/nptool/Projects/MUGAST/configs
