Subject: Single channel time calibration proof of principle 
To launch this calib, redo a write hardware with DAS before.
Then do a ./calibT_SingleChannel in the xterm of RCC.

electronic scheme is as follow :
Time calibrator start -> MUVI
                      -> start TAC MUGAST HF

Time calibrator stop  -> MUVI

ORD of MUVI -> Delay (550ns) -> stop TAC MUGAST HF
