problems with Calimero solved by killing some processes on lpcgrit related with Narval.
to find the processes on lpcgrit:
ps aux | grep Cali*
ps aux | grep Narval
kill -9 all the ids
Other possible solution:
start_acq on lpcgrit
tk followed by kall
